Phi Beta Asia can provide travel support staff to accompany the group through Asia during the short course. Some Universities prefer to have our travel support staff travel with the group for the entire itinerary, start to finish, allowing the students to become friends and establish them as a local contact.

On itineraries that are longer than about 14 days and visit more than one city, we recommend that faculty leaders consider travelling with travel support staff, but we leave it up to the individual University to decide. Having this level of support has proved invaluable to almost all short courses, as it saves the faculty leaders worrying about travel arrangements.

The Phi Beta Asia travel support staff will check all bookings, accommodation, meetings and excursions, before arrival at each destination, as well as organize additional excursions for students and local activities.
